Meeting
An initial meeting, in person or remotely, will be organised to analyse the needs and priorities of the Owners, as well as to define the company’s key performance indicators (KPIs). This preliminary step will allow us to outline the guidelines for the next phase.
Strategy
Based on the current internal structure and the objectives set with ownership, a one-day Business Check-Up is conducted. This includes a thorough analysis of the company’s key areas, followed by a detailed report outlining feasible steps to support reorganisation effectively.
Action
A growth programme is then developed and implemented. Our consultancy services typically last 12 months, the time required to define and apply new strategies, allowing the people involved to gradually absorb the changes and embrace the new structure with enthusiasm.
Follow-Up
At the conclusion of the project, we offer continued support through a review of the company’s results and performance. This can be done through quarterly or semi-annual consultations, during which we provide advices for any corrective or strategic actions.
*The consultancy will be on a remotely ongoing basis and, where appropriate, combined with several face-to-face days at the client’s premises.

During my 18-year working career, I have held positions of strategic business responsibility in structured companies that are international leaders in their field, mainly operating in the health and wellness sector.
Later, with the aim of broadening my all-round business management knowledge, I held managerial positions for smaller, family-run companies.
Since 2021, I have decided to use the skills I have acquired by offering them to business owners who wish to take a quantum leap in running their businesses. My goal is to give them concrete and personalised support, guiding them in the application of effective models typical of organised realities, while maintaining the essence and beauty of the family business.
